Opening Fall 2021 in Salisbury, Massachusetts, this purpose-built 42,000 square foot ground-up cannabis cultivation facility will use the leading technology in the cultivation and extraction processes resulting in premium product and sustainable practices.

Key has been selected as the Construction Manager for the ground-up construction for this facility, creating a low-risk and highly-repeatable cultivation and manufacturing environment for Root & Bloom. Designed by award-winning architectural firm Anderson Porter Design, this facility will be one of the most innovative and efficient cannabis cultivation facilities in Massachusetts.
